The million dollar questions is how do you move forward in such a way that all stakeholders benefits from these opportunities. One of the One Basin Three Nations goals is to come up with a voluntary framework agreement where all stakeholders collaborate or work together on common goals such as transfer of knowledge, best practice sharing, health, safety, environment to contribute to sustainable development of the Guianas. Vision The development of oil and gas revenues offshore the Guianas should be carried out in a sustainable way, based on harmonious approach, causing no risk at all to the three nations involved.
